Hey all, I recently purchased some new appliances and got 2 Visa gift cards in rebate. One of was from the manufacturer (kitchen aid) and one was from the store's buyer group.
Both had $400 on them. I've been tracking every purchase keeping a running remaining total and both had roughly 10 bucks left on them so i figured why not add them to Amazon in the form of a amazon gift card balance.
So I add both with exactly how much is left and it goes through. Just because I wanted to make sure they were empty, I did another transaction for $1 each ..and it went through. I tried $5 and it went through too..
Will Amazon eventually kick this back? They have gone through and I even got the approval email so the money is there. Do these cards have more on them then we thought or is this strictly an Amazon issue? I tried to check the balance but neither card shows up in the system. Super weird.
Do i just try the $100 reload and see if it fails? No idea what to do.
