Not being credited for surveys.

I use pointsprizes, and ever since about a couple days ago i have not been credited for any of my completed surveys. The survey routers I use say "I got 500 points today" But literally none of those points are being credited through pointsprizes. Someone please help I am so close to cashing out my first giftcard
