Neevo task availability

I got my first Neevo job today "Text Audio Correction" and I've been working away at the available tasks. However I am in the middle of exams and do not have much time to complete them all. I'm wondering how long these jobs typically stay open? I am hoping I can get through the next couple days of exams and then work away at tasks at a quicker pace, but I'm also scared I might lose out on a bunch of tasks if I wait too long.
