My short review on ThriftyPig

Like some of you all on this subreddit have likely encountered, I am a member of ProductReportCard, and am fairly active on that website, trying to answer as many of the emails they send to me as I possibly can. After doing this for a while, I received an invitation from ThriftyPig. Apparently, it is a private community, and you must have a registration code to even access the website. It seemed a little suspicious, so I checked this sub and found one thread revolving around this website, and the sentiment was generally negative, but decided to give it a try, as they already had my address on file, and I felt that as long as I stopped the registration process if I felt uncomfortable. I decided to give it a try. I signed up around a month and a half ago, and I can say they are legit. The signup process is relatively straightforward, and there weren't any particularly strange questions I can recall, just the typical survey questions. After registering and creating my password, I as able to start exploring the website. Here are my thoughts. One thing I noticed was that I get disqualified more than ProductReportCard in my experience. It seems to be a "pure" survey website, and I haven't come across any community invitations or product tests, so far. However! It's slightly better in my opinion to ProductReportCard in terms of the amount required to redeem your earnings. You only need a minimum of 500 "coins" or five dollars instead of 15, and you can redeem them via Amazon, PayPal (the one I choose), or a Paper Check they mail to you via the home address you register with. Since I chose PayPal, they did send the payment, though I couldn't withdrawal my entire balance, but instead in increments of 5 dollars. Thus, I had extra left over to progress towards my next payment. After verifying my email, they sent the money to my PayPal Account under the name "Consultancy Services", so just quick head's up. Like with ProductReportCard, they send a lot of emails throughout the day and allow you to fill out profile questions to earn a little bit extra. Overall, I’m happy with the service. Also, something I found to be interesting is that even though they share a similar format to ProductReportCard, sometimes I get redirected to Swagbucks' website instead of ThriftyPig's. Regardless, I do recommend this website, and it is legitimate. While it isn't perfect (none of them are), it isn't something you should turn down in most cases. Just be ready for an increase in the emails you receive.
