Microworkers Limiting Reloading Jobs Pages

I've noticed over the past couple of days that Microworkers is now presenting this screen if you reload too much. This has only started recently because several weeks ago I had an auto refresher reloading ever 5 seconds, but there wasn't much point to that and I never saw this message. Is this new?
