Is Swagbucks Videos worth doing alone?

So about a year ago i was banned from Swagbucks gold surveys and then i stopped using it. I recently went back to check and saw that i had 150SB in my account and I want to get rid of it all. Thing is there's not many good offers that wont take long so I was wondering are the videos worth running constantly? How long can i expect to get to 800SB I need for 5gbp PayPal?
