Intellizoom deactivated my account :(

After years of being a tester—I was given the boot unexpectedly. I contacted support to inquire about pending payments—because I had not been paid since Dec. of 2019. I was told that “I had violated their TOS....”. I am pretty confident in saying that I would never do anything to jeopardize my participation on this platform.
