How can i convert prepaid gift card to cash?

I usually get prepaid gift cards twice or thrice in the week from focused groups and sometimes payment from friends. I always reload them to amazon to buy other items i can resell or for myself. Currently, i am looking for means of converting this into cash even though at it will cost me some little amount, i don't mind. Is there any means of achieving this?
Am ready to try out any suggestion that works
