Does topcashback usually not track orders? Seems like they are trying to avoid paying out....

I bought an 2 iphones through them and neither order tracked and there is no amount pending even though it shows that I did visit the phone retailer site through TCB. Does it usually take a while to post? Whether the cash back posts or not will influence whether I keep the phone or return it since it is about $100 in cash back. How do I know if they are trying to avoid paying out?
