Amazon cancelled my order for "breaking ToS"
Hi guys I need a little advice if anyone here had this happen to them.
I've received a couple of big Amazon eGiftcards through email over the past 2 days from my friends/family as a present for Easter. I've redeemed them and my Amazon account now has over $500. I decided to buy myself a $450 item, however 10 minutes after the order confirmation they've sent me an email stating that I've "broken their ToS" and they won't refund me.
However when I checked my account, all the money was still there. What can I do?
Am I screwed?
