What am I doing wrong on Serpclix?

So I started Serpclix yesterday but I must be doing something wrong as it's not working as I expect it to.

I click on the order and it simply opens up a blank Google browser tab. That is very odd. A couple of times it worked but I don't think I did anything different. Thank you!
