Points frozen from Hand My Ads on InstaGC for over 2 weeks, says they will take longer than normal. How long?

It says:

" * These specific points will remain frozen for longer than usual. This will be done to ensure that your completion is valid and will be payable by the advertising agency. Once we have final approval, the points will then either be released or removed from your account. There is no need to submit a support ticket asking for these specific points to be released. "

Did anyone do that slots games on there and actually get the points? How long did it take?
