Microworkers Job leads to Success Page?

So I've recently noticed sometimes when I click a job it will take me to this page https://www.microworkers.com/success_rate.php. Some jobs work normally and some just send me there, why? My success rate is 96% and my temporary success rate is 64%. Does this mean I am banned from doing that job? I contacted support waiting for a reply just want to know if you have experienced this as well. Thanks
