Loosing my patience with MTurk.

I am seriously fed up with mturk. Do we have to kill ourselves to be eligible? I tried with two different accounts and failed and then someone told me that amazon looks into your purchase history and so i tried again. this time with my brothers account (who has spent more than $3000 in last 16 months) and guess what, i failed............again. What is the eligibility process?
