LifePoints Proxy settings preventing login.
So I tried to login to LifePoints today. I got a message that read "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later." After contacting customer support I was told that the application detected an active proxy/VPN or that my IP address appears as located outside my residence. I checked and I was not using a proxy/VPN. Anyone know what could have caused this. I'm afraid to try to login because I don't want to get banned. I'd rather resolve the issue before trying to login. Please help.
