Is it safe to install softwares of web sites testing sites ? (Like usertesting, userfeel,etc..)

Hi guys. I'm new in website testing stuff. I read their instructions for their testers. They request us to install thir recorder softwares.

It doen't seem safe to me.

What are your thoughts ? Do you know a testing site which doesn't require installing ana application to PC ?
