I think I got banned from nCrave!.

I think I've been banned from nCrave; And I think I know why On InBoxDollar They have nCrave videos on auto so I would Run 2 nCraves, One on SwagBucks manually and the other on IBD Auto, Is there anything I can do to get unbanned?, Also I think IBD banned me from using nCrave as a whole as none of the nCrave video offers show up anymore, I didn't think I was gaming nCrave since I wasn't using SwagBucks but I guess that was detected as fraud; there's nothing else I can think of that would have gotten me banned.

I saw other threads on r/SwagBucks with replies saying that changing IPs fixed it but I doubt that could be good idea as it would prob make it seem more fraudulent, I saw posts saying that you can contact nCrave and they can unban you/it's a just soft ban.
