Cambly Account got disconnected

I first heard about Cambly on this subreddit. Has anyone else had this problem before? I had a 4.8 rating and I thought I was doing a good job. I desperately need the money I was making now more than ever. Does anyone have any experience with this happening, or advice on how to fix it?
