Best Video recorder for Gameplay recording?

I've been using raptr & plays.tv but it doesn't support every games. So, I'm in need of some nice recording software that doesn't make video size too big! Like fraps makes it 2GB for only 2 minutes!

Any software where videos are optimized smoothly? 10 minutes video at 720p would be 500-800 MB and supports in game recording like raptr and plays.tv?
