Anyone have contact details for surveytime.io?

I did a survey through one of surveytime.io's affiliates (https://sz.ktrmr.com/) and at the start I was promised a 10 GBP payout. The survey ended up taking over an hour but I kept going due to this high payout promise (should have known better, I know). Once I was finally finished I received 1 USD from surveytime via Paypal. I've been trying to find their contact details but I can't find any on their website
