Anyone got issue with getupside recently?

My receipts are processing since Feb 22. I emailed them and they said they need my 6 first digit and last 4 digits of my credit card and also my cc statement to verify. I didnt use the check in service they offer because who would give those sensitive information? I uploaded the receipt, but it has been pending so long. I know they are pushing the check in features, but if it’s the only way now. I wont use their service anymore. Anyone has the same issue?
