YourSurveys Router Error

Is anyone having issues with YourSurveys? Stuck on /routing and it just keeps looping back. When I try to give a reason and choose a different survey, I get the same question again and once again, am stuck in a loop.

Started happening to me last night. Tried different browsers and different survey sites, still the same issue.
