S’mores lock screen bonus

I’m not earning the 10 cents per day. Both of my phones. Last earned was 1/31. I’ll watch the lockscreen ad. Then some videos. I check feed and shows 10 cents pending. Next day the pending is gone and nothing credited to my account. Anyone else having this issue?!
