Serpclix help (title min. character is lame, lose it)

To start with, I use my phone, not sure if that matters. I've no problems when it comes to the website searches but, when it's the Google maps searches it doesn't seem to work. I'm not sure if I'm doing it wrong or what. Perhaps someone can explain to me how these searches are done properly so I can start getting credit for them cause, I've lost out on a good bit since I've started.
