Quickthoughts: does this mean I was banned?

Yesterday afternoon I tried opening the app and it logged out. I tried logging in today and I get, "your login isn't working. Please contact our support team for help".

I contacted them, but I know they don't respond on weekends. Honestly, would there be any issue with using a different phone and opening another account?
