Microworkers Bank transfer taking more than 5 days

Hi, I first requested a payout via paypal about a month ago, I knew the mail was going to take long so I decided to use Transpay instead. I did it two weeks ago, messaged them and it ended up getting canceled. Now I messaged them again about a week ago and requested a withdraw via bank transfer again. They haven't responded to me so how long should it take for the Bank transfer to work? Thanks
