Looking for a good URL Shortner

Hello guys!

I'm a 16 years old student, I live in Algeria. I wanted to make an account on a url shortener that would make me some money, but I noticed that algeria is always in "The other countries" that get paid like 1$ for every 1000 views (which is very bad compared to 22$ for 1000 views in USA)

I hope someone could suggest me a good website that pays well, thanks for reading!
