Is it possible to earn money through PayPal without having your bank account & credit/debit card linked?

I'm new to the whole beer money thing, so forgive me for asking such a basic question.

All I want to know is: will I be able to receive revenue from beer money sites without any issues if I don't have a bank account linked to my account?

I'm asking this because I need to open a new account in my bank, so it may take a while for this process to finish and I'm curious if I could in the meantime do work on some of these sites. Especially for sites like FluidStack and HoneyGain.
