How to use my money?

Hey so I been recieving money from my friend on both cash app and venmo. I'm trying to use them on Amazon but don't know how, I have a paypal account too but don't know if theres a way to transfer. I read somewhere else that I need a bank account which I don't have one is there a different way to do this?
