Having trouble with One Opinion

So I’ve been on One opinion for about a month now and I used to get surveys everyday. For some reason for the past 2 days they stopped sending me surveys so I used the member care service and asked what was going on. They said my account is temporarily paused????? Does anyone have any experience with this?
