Fiverr charge service fee in extra offer of same gig if asked later and also when buyer gives tip

Fiverr dont charge service just per order thing.

but It also charge them if some extra is required in same order.

as well as when buyer wants to give you tip.

Is 20% commission not enough?

If buyer place $5 order, he pays $5. now if due to some reason it it require one custom extra

of $5. then again buyer pays $7...so for buyer $14, we will get only $8 after commission.

Is there any better option? with large customer base

Is there any platform which allow fiverr buyer and seller to connect with each other directly?(It know buyer wont feel much safe, but still better for repeat buyers.)

If not please someone offer some open source platform so people can connect with each order directly.I am pretty sure, many programmer and seller will contribute to make it awesome product.
