Buzzbreak: Legit or spammy trash?

link to the app for android users- NON-ref they have a referral..thing but that's not my bag.

they claim to have as low as $0.10 for a paypal/venmo cashout. also the ratio to coin is around $0.10 USD for every 1,000 pts.

but the UI to me just gives me 'this is bullshit' kind of vibes. and i swore i seen someone mention this in a previous thread, maybe the monthly earnings report for Jan who knows. because generally i wouldn't see myself loading this off on a whim without some sort of a mention through here.

has anyone been able to get payment from them? even with those lower tier amounts as per the screenshot?
