A weird swagbucks survey

I joined in on a lucrative survey (280 swagbucks overall) and It redirected me to some kind of a chat. It said that I'll get the reward now, and I'll get more if I complete 5 of them. So after 5 days of using it, I completed my fifth one, but I realised that they don't have any information to pay me or anything. Do you guys think that I'll get the money or not?
