Removed from Pinecone

Well, after being on Pinecone Research for a year or so, I took a break from Aug-Dec. I attempted to sign back in a few days ago and found out that I've been deactivated. I attempted to reach out and got the response that "The information you had provided while filling out demographic profile information and personally identifiable information and answering survey research alerted our systems." I've always attempted to be truthful in my responses, so I'm trying to figure out why I was removed. Anyone have a similar experience?
