Redeeming Gift Cards on orders for Rakuten/TopCashBack/BeFrugal

I have searched the terms for these 3 sites but it's somewhat confusing.

I switch between these three sites depending on who has the best deal or the most convenience if one or more matches the same percentages.

I often use them for Walmart.com and thanks to Fetch Rewards & ShopKick and eventually Receipt Pal, I have $7 right now in Walmart Gift Cards.

What I can't seem to find exactly listed in the terms is what happens to the cashback when I apply the $7 to the order and pay the rest with credit.

Rakuten/BeFrugal acts like it only won't pay if I buy a gift card but TopCashBack seems to say "Purchase and redemption of gift cards, cellular purchases, prepaid phone cards, Sam's Club, pharmacy, travel, financial services, tires, optical and Wal-Mart Connect Internet Service are not commissionable."

So does anybody have experience with any of these three sites and how they handle orders if you partially or even fully use a gift card as payment? Do they give cashback for the entire order, only part paid w/o GC, or refuse to pay for the entire order?
