Quickthoughts survey limit?

Seems like I’m able to use Quickthoughts again (hoping not to get banned), so I’m wondering whether or not going over 5 surveys a day is bannable. I’m trying to avoid getting banned even if that means only doing 2 surveys a day. The FAQ states:

Also, please remember you can only complete 5 surveys a day.

I’ve searched here and found that people are able to do more than 5 surveys a day. If you do more, are you risking a ban? Also, does location services also risk a ban? I’ve read before that it’s better to just leave it off.
