Question about Premise

So their normal surveys that take just a couple minutes were earning me 30c a piece, but after I did them all they reappeared and now they're only 10c. Is that normal or did they revamp their earnings?

I also noticed on the locate section where you take pictures, it's no longer $1.10-1.50, but a solid $1.25 for all of those tasks. Is it the same for others? I think they changed everything today.
