Moving a phone across AAMusic accounts?

So I started AAMusic with two phones on two accounts. The realized that you can run up to 4 devices on one account so that the points add together.

Tried logging out of one account to log into the other but couldn't find a way to log out. Tried to uninstall/reinstall and it tells me that the device is linked to a different account.

Any idea how to unlink the device so I can use them on the same account now?
