InboxDollars TV Reduced/Cut Off

To users of the InboxDollars TV to gather points to redeem on their scratch and win (pennies and nickels but they add up). Have you noticed the last 4-5 days that it only plays one video and stops in stead of accumulating progress? I used their help chat and they told me it was simply low inventory but I've been using it consistently for months to earn $.15-$.25 a day (very passive) and that seems to have dried up. Thank you
