Horrible mistake using Usertesting

I’ve made a horrible mistake and made another account on usertesting and I got a email saying they deactivated my account. Has anyone ever had the same issue? I feel like a terrible person and I deeply do apologize. Do you think if I message them they will let me keep my account? Or do you think they will let me join again in the future? Will they still send me the money I’ve earned before?
