Hideout tv points slow to accrue for anyone else?

The title pretty much says it all. I was making close to 120 Hideout.tv points per hour all throughout December, and now It has slowed down to roughly 60 per hour. Kind of a huge bummer. Anyone else seeing that?

Side question: What passive ad watching sites are ya'll having good luck with?
