google voice and usa phone number

Hello guys

i'am trying now to create a google voice account, and i'am not from the usa.

when i connect from a usa vpn, i connect to my gmail account and after to google voice, it proposen to enter a existing usa phone number, to call me and terminate the verification.

the question if someone one is from usa, to help to create and a activate a google voice account.
