Full cards on Receipt Pal

I know that once you fill a card you get 100 points. I know that when you fill your cards, you get double sweepstake entries. However, there is still a camera button that gets enabled under the sweeps card. Do you still get 100 points for every four receipts even after your cards are filled? If not, what are you getting when you take a picture of a receipt with no slots on cards? Do they carry over to the next week?
