For Cashback Sites do Store Pickup Orders pend until actual pickup?

I seen a few members here discussing using CB sites like Rakuten/Swagbucks/etc for Wal-Mart pickup orders.

My question though is and Walmart CS seems to have no real idea on CB sites, but does Walmart do similar to places like Sears that won't credit you anything until they clearly see you picked up the items?
