Fetch Rewards and not activating Bonus?
Does anybody know of any tricks to get a Bonus to activate in Fetch? (I have already contacted Support two days ago but still waiting).
I noticed it says "Buy any Lipton Tea Product get 500 Pts" and then says "Limited 2 per user & 1 use per receipt".
So I scanned 1 Wal-Mart receipt and it seemed to trigger the 500 but I can't get the second receipt to.
A fellow user I referred to Fetch, also tried the same offer, and they can't get either receipt to activate the 500 even though we bought the same product.
I know we have to be within the terms of the deal as we both re-read it numerous times and it clearly says "Any Lipton Tea Bag Product" (in our case 100 Pack of Black Tea) and "1 use per receipt" and up to "2 receipts".
