DouHiring Log In Issue?

So today I was using the App to make some money and got to the point of middle of a download of an app. My phone accident shut off and after restarting the phone I clicked the app and basically my account was gone. No balance and cannot get ahold of anyone to help fix my issue.

Error message that comes up is “account or network exception”.

I thought to delete the app and reinstall but when I try to download the app it says not available in the region or country?

Did the app just not working anymore? Was it my bad luck or coincidence this happened? I literally had about $8 balance and almost to the $10 cash out amount.

I have cashed out from here a few times with no issue, so I know it’s not a scam but discouraged I cannot access my account anymore and no support they always seem to be offline. The live chat is useless.

Anyone here experiencing the same issue and if so how were you able to resolve the situation?
