Cash out on Premise

I’m currently unable to cash out on Premise to either Coinbase or PayPal. When PayPal wasn’t working I had been able to cash out to coinbase but since they changed the prices, I haven’t been able to cash out at all. I’ve contacted support three times. The first time I contacted support I got a response that didn’t make sense (they told me to check the country code when I never put one) and when I told them it didn’t make sense, I didn’t get a response back. I’ve contacted support twice since and have gotten no response. I also tried to respond to a comment u/Sarah_PremiseSupport made and she never responded to me. I have nearly $20 sitting there right now. Should I take the L and assume they’re a scam and I’ll never get paid?
