Anyone used Serpclix but had their payment fail to go through?

My PayPal account was limited without my knowledge. SerpClix paid me a couple of days ago, but because of the limitation, the money was never received.

Do they try again? Or is the money just gone for good? It's kind of a niche thing I know, but I'm hoping somebody might have some idea of it. They can't be contacted, apparently, so I can't ask them.
