Anyone still using Pinecone Research?

I did a survey for them earlier this month and they never paid me. Their customer support has been broken for quite a while as well.

Usually they would send the 300 points the next day, and day after that it would go to paypal. They sent the 300 points, but no paypal.

Anyone still getting surveys from them/and getting paid out?
