Quickthoughts W9

Is Quickthoughts swamped? I reached $600 about 1.5 months ago, got the notification that I needed to contact the Quickthoughts helpdesk to get a W9 from them, so I reached out. They never responded. I sent a 2nd and 3rd email out to them requesting a W9, they responded with a generic email replying "sorry that you're having difficulties with Quickthoughts, blah blah". At this point, I printed out my own W-9 and mailed it to that address that they provide. It's been a month. Is this common that it takes this long, and that the process seems confusing as f%ck? Or maybe my information in their system is glitched.
